As ecommerce continues to take on new and exciting forms, so does the need to hear from the voices behind the movement. Plenty of retail trades report on top ecommerce trends to watch out for, but few cover the personal, day-to-day experiences of the decision-makers who make those trends happen. We wanted to get down to the nuts and bolts of retail, from shopping cart to shipping rules. We wanted to talk to people, hear their ideas, learn about the spark that ignites their products and brands.
That’s why we’re launching Cart Talk, a new interview series dedicated to highlighting innovators in the ecommerce space. Every few weeks, we’ll have conversations with folks from all walks of life— seasoned ecommerce vets, direct-to-consumer founders, creative director ingenues, branding experts—on how they run retail.
